Pay on delivery
Pay for your frames in cash when they arrive at your door.
Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it. Every frame has a 6-month warranty.

5–7 working days in Cairo, Giza & 6th of October, and 7–10 working days to other governorates — counted from when we receive your shipping deposit.
Why do I pay the shipping upfront?
Every frame is made to order just for you. The shipping deposit (100 EGP for Cairo, Giza & 6th of October, 130 EGP elsewhere) is paid via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 24 hours of ordering. It covers the courier and starts production. Because it pays the real delivery cost, it isn’t refunded if the order is refused on delivery.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You pay for your frames in cash when they arrive — only the shipping is paid upfront.
Can I return or exchange a frame?
All our frames are made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size selected — please check the size guide before ordering. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of paying the deposit, before production starts.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you within 3–5 business days. Every frame also has a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
What photo quality do I need for a custom frame?
Use the original photo in the highest resolution you have (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 20 MB). If you send it on WhatsApp, send it as a document, not as a normal photo — WhatsApp compresses photos.
